Yoshihiro Umeda Wedding Photographer 9 years of experience, over 2,500 weddings photographed. Based in Tokyo and Kanagawa, available nationwide. I believe photography preserves time. Not staged moments, but the subtle expressions and the quiet atmosphere that often go unnoticed. I photograph in a way that carries the light, air, and temperature of the day gently into the future. I believe that the moments when nothing seems to be happening are the ones that last the longest. I value light and atmosphere, and I aim to capture the day exactly as it was—calm, natural, and comfortable. Beyond delivering beautiful images, I also pay close attention to the flow of the day itself. I work with awareness of timing and coordination, ensuring that the schedule moves smoothly and without stress. Whether it is your first experience in front of the camera or not, I strive to create an environment where not only the couple, but also planners and staff feel confident and at ease. On the wedding day, I always arrive well in advance and remain after the session. This allows flexibility for unexpected changes or additional moments, while preserving the natural rhythm of the day.
