Hi, I’m Alšida, a 25-year-old photographer based in Bosnia. My journey behind the camera started back in 2013 with a simple Android phone, and what began as curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong passion for capturing genuine emotion and atmosphere. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and am currently pursuing my master’s, which taught me to value precision, detail, and creative problem-solving, qualities I now bring into my photography. My lens seeks the unscripted moments - the fleeting glances, the whispered laughter, the small gestures that reveal the true essence of a person. I believe that the most powerful stories are not posed or staged, but lived and felt in real time. Every candid shot is a window into genuine emotion, a fragment of reality untouched by performance or expectation. My work thrives on the raw, the spontaneous, and the intimate - the invisible threads of connection that make each moment unforgettable. Through my photography, I aim to capture not just what people look like, but who they are in their most honest, unguarded selves.
